In stock items - Courier - Most orders will be delivered to you in 28 days or less.

In stock items - Package - 7 working days (england) or less.

In stock items - Express Package - 3 working days (england).

On Order items - Phone for accurate time

Made to measure - 3 to 6 months

Our Courier Service comes with the benefit of minimal packaging. The driver will help you carry the item to the location of your choice. Select this if you need help. Please understand you will have to allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders are collected from our premises and taken to distribution depots prior to delivery around the UK. The carriers will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day.

Our Package Service We package each item with wood & cardboard for added protection, larger packages will be on wooden base with legs so it can be moved with a palette truck. The delivery driver will palette truck your package as far as possible. You will need to open it and carry the items in yourself. We find this method much safer than a normal parcel service, where items are at greater risk of damage in transit.

Delivery cost for England, Wales, Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee areas)
Courier or Package. Delivery is Free to England and Wales if you spend over £500 (£600 Scotland.)

Your payment. All Online payment processing is done by Google Checkout.
We never get to see your card details.
When your order has been verified your card payment will be processed.
I.e. we have everything you want and there is no other problems with you order.

Tracking your order
When you place your order Google checkout will email you an automated order confirmation. Please ensure you enter your email correctly.

Confirmation.
You will be emailed by us 1-2 working days after you place your order confirming it is being prepared for dispatch.

We will email you when your order has been collected from our warehouse.
